I’m Lauren Carroll and I’m here to help you find your dream home or sell your existing property. I’ve been working in real estate for over a decade, focusing on my hometown of Brookline, Massachusetts, and the surrounding neighborhoods of Newton, Boston, Weston, and more. I’ve lived in Brookline for most of my life.
The Greater Boston area neighborhoods are ingrained in my being, and I love each one for a multitude of reasons. Brookline, Newton, JP, and Chestnut Hill real estate is my specialty, and nothing feels better than helping people find a new home in my favorite neighborhoods.
I went to Lawrence Elementary School and Brookline High School — and I know the area like the back of my hand. I’ve watched some things change, while others have stayed just the same (thank goodness for Pino’s Pizza!).

I’m married to a Brookline firefighter and have two boys at Baker School in South Brookline, so I’m actively involved in community events from youth hockey to school planning. I’d be happy to show you around my favorite restaurants and other local spots.

monitors transaction paperwork, and timelines managed by property advertising and social media marketing tactics.
Rae has a creative background as a licensed Esthetician for over 10 years now, certified in Human Resources, dabbles in Public Relations, and in her free time, enjoys photography and volunteering at her daughter's elementary school any chance she gets.
